Hey, I'm Alison!
My love for exercise has come and gone through the years. Sometimes I run and eat salad, other times I watch TV and eat ice cream - it's called balance, right?! I also completed a bodybuilding competition in 2016.
Like many, I have always thought I could "lose some weight" or "work out" to reach a goal. Once I reached that goal THEN I would love my body, right? Wrong. But you may already know this all too well.
self love jorney
I'm a mother of two young children and a wife to an amazing man. And I have always loved them more than myself. It wasn't until I started my journey into Boudoir Photography after 6 years of professional family photography that I learned to start loving the body that I currently have. I realized there is no "perfect weight" or "goal to reach" that I needed before I could love myself. I needed to love myself the way I am right now. So I chose to always remind myself I am perfect how I am.
What led me to you
The more I worked in boudoir, the more I realized that everyone felt the same way. We were all on this journey parallel with each other. But if I couldn't appreciate my body right now, how would I show you self-love? I began getting in front of the camera myself. So when I say I know exactly how a boudoir session is going to make you feel, I mean it. The confidence I see when I show you your own photos is the best feeling - for you and me!
"Alison was absolutely phenomenal to work with. This was such a fun and comfortable experience. I can honestly say I have not felt this good about myself in years. fall bacl in love with yourself now!"
